Every item is created with great care and attention, and I want you to be completely happy with your product.

 

My ceramic whitewear are sourced from a range of suppliers and these "blanks" feature digital ceramic transfer designs, applied by hand. This makes each product a unique collector’s piece, and for that reason, all sales are final. However, if your product arrives damaged or not as described, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right. Replacements may depend on availability within the edition.  

Each product is carefully created to ensure the highest quality. A little extra time may be required for printing, firing and packaging before your order ships.

 

Processing Time:

    •    Ceramic products: Usually ship within 5–10 business days.

 

Packaging:

My ceramics are handled with care — carefully packed and boxed  in sturdy outer packagingto ensure they arrive safely.

 

Shipping & Tracking:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks depending on your region.

 

International Orders:

I’m happy to ship worldwide! Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply.
